well I like the Harry Potter books better than the movies. I think it depends. Sometimes the movies are better, sometimes the books are.

I watched twilight, and even though I liked the book (not loved, but I thought it was okay) the movie was horrible. So fake.

I heard this one had a new director, and was supposedly better, so I might see it. When it comes out on redbox.

Books are always better then the movies. Directors often don't understand what should be taken out, because unlike the authors, they aren't fully aware of all the details that needed for forshadowing.

Take for example, Eragon, the worst book to movie in history, now if you had just watched the movie you thought it was okay, but if you actually read the book, you knew it was horrible. One of the biggest mistakes--and one of the main reasons why there can't be a sequal, is that they didn't put in the twins, who in the future kidnap some people and it's at least 1/2 of the second book.

Authors of books should always right the scripts for the movie. Some things need to be taken out to save time, and they know waht things can be. They are also always better at selecting actors and writing dialougue. If a script isn't written by the author, it is never half as good as the book.

I took my mom to see it yesterday, and I truly enjoyed it. I even shed a couple tears. And it was way better than the book I think, mainly because I didn't really enjoy the second book but I really did enjoy the movie. :)

I went yesterday. It was very decent. Very enjoyable, didn't think I was going to like it much.

Leaves it nicely open for the next movie or two whilst telling a good story within itself.

Bella has improved somewhat since the last movie, though I'm still not much of a fan of Edwards "method" acting (pout)

I can only think of one movie where it was a vast improvement over the book. It was not a wide released movie but was filmed locally named. "Big Fish"

I enjoyed it. I think they did better than the first one at not leaving vital information out. I'm pretty sure all the main points were in it. A lot of things were different than in the movie, and that was nice because I wasn't expecting it, like the first time Jake changes.

Bella improved. Edward still sucked. And they changed Rosalie and I don't like the new one. And I didn't like the way they did Edward when he wasn't really there.
