No. I disagree with the concept behind it and what it symbolizes, not the person doing it. It's sort of like Communism is pure evil, but communists can be good people that I imagine I could make very good friends with. One of my best friends is a radical environmentalists.
You need a cold dose of reality. Seriously. You ASSUME that your reasoning is why people get them .. when in actuality . most people get them either for :

A. pleasure/sensation,
B. simply because they like the way it looks, or
C. because their SO or the type of people they prefer like them (ie a "look").

Getting a piercing is NOTHING like communism and it's certainly not evil .. so you need to GTFO yourself and your "philosophical" reasonings. They are far from being logical.

Well, there must be some sort of way to blow up the plane with the rings she happened to have on.... they were only trying to protect the passengers!!! Seriously why do they care about stupid crap like this, there little metal rings, they will do no harm, to the plane or it's contents!

my piercings have naver been questioned at an airport, even with the hand held detector.
some heal quick dependent on the person.....
pliers are not the way to remove bcrs...

THANK YOU, DEBBIE!!!

James, did YOU read my comment all the way through??? I went through the metal detectors 5 different times (twice at Alanta-Hartsfield, twice at Logan Airport in Boston, and once at the Ferry to the Statue of Liberty). I didn't spell out that the handheld detectors were used TOO, but if that needs to be cleared up, they were. I have been pierced for almost 2 years now and have never had a problem w/ removing any of my piercings and I most certainly have never had to use pliers to remove a captive bead. Maybe she's a nasty woman and doesn't keep her piercings sanitary...that could be her problem. LOL

Who are these girls and why are they suicidal?

:humm: Ahhhhh.....may be why they didn't want to examine said girl?

You decide. She's the one in the dark suit. Looks better in the 2nd picture, but still. A suicide girl she is NOT!!! ;)

I have got piercings and have been through security checks at nasty fundamental Muslim airports and never had any trouble with them, I had more problems, if you can call minor inconvenience that, with my belt buckle.
