I had my weigh in at the gym
I hadnt been to the gym since August last year cuz I got depressed at fatter but I started back at the start of this week and had my weigh in and yay me I lost 8lbs this week and even though I got all gross and not cared about what I was eating and gained 18lbs since August (then lost 8 last week) my body fat % only went up 0.5% and I only gained 0.5-1 inch over my body so Im happy because I thought it was going to be so much worse inch and body fat % wise

OK. I'm 5'8" and I used to weigh 266.6lbs. I have been on The Atkin's for less than 2 months and I am now 236.0lbs. I've lost 26.75 inches in my total body and my bp went from 152/86 with pulse 96 to now 117/64 with pulse 57. I feel great and now I exercise a lot more. I have been feeling good and I can now walk WalMart without getting tired after 5 minutes. When I used to exercise, my heart would beat really hard for over a minute and now it only beats hard for less than 30 seconds. I've stopped eating junk food all together and the times that I have recently tasted it, it tastes.... well... it turns out there wasn't much to miss about junk food. McDonalds tasted.... bland... and yea... I would killl to be skinny like y'all but if you really want to loose weight and do it fast.... watch your carbs and don't exceed 20 carbs in one day. It will really pay off...

Also try and drink 4....20 fl oz bottles of water each day.... your body retains water weight because it perceives no water as a threat to the body, so it stores water in fat cells. You can also buy drink mixes at walmart that are SUGAR FREE and add them to your water... it really helps and its amazing how much weight you'll loose and how quick you will loose it.
