in those photos i was around 120. those are from two years ago. this is me now:

you can tell i've gained 30 pounds in my face and arms. :(

you look beautiful the way you are... not a pick up line by the way lol just a compliment

seems you already cut out your drinks with Sugar and carbs. drink a glass of water before/during/after you eat. it will make you feel full and you wont eat as much. keep up with that and exercise

you look great the way you are...but i see your point you would feel more confident when you weigh less, and healthier, or what ever. But its just a stinking number on the scale. :)

hello fellow butt haters.
Im on a new diet, well not so much "diet" as in healthy eating and exercise plan
Ive got a lot of weight to lose right now Im around 240 (using rough late night math here) my end goal of 125 is way too far off so I am concentrating on my goal of 180 by christmas.

I gained all my weight 3 years ago after a bad car accident but now I am in good shape to get back to the gym and stop using my injuries as an excuse. Ive joined a female only gym which is so much better.

I dont think the number of weight you have to lose has any relevance, 2lbs or 150 its all about being comfortable in your own body, but staying healthy at the same time

I've been working to lose weight. I have about 40 - 50 lbs to lose. I've lost about 20 already from the end of January till now.
