okay, i'm finally back in the mindset of wanting to lose weight. i weigh about 150 right now, and would like to get around 110-115. i'm 5'4", so that's not such a stretch, right? i've already cut out regular soda (been drinking water, tea, and pepsi max which has 0 cals, carbs, or sugar) and fast food. and also the damn vending machine food at work. :24: it's not going to be easy, but i'd like to reach my goal by june when i go back to my asthma doctor (i don't own a scale, so they'll weigh me then and we'll see). i need support! i'm so bad at dieting.
this is how skinny i used to be and where i want to get down to again. i was about 120 here, two years ago.
