Trayvon Martin - Analysis of Known Evidence

I'd say that you have a hard-on for me... but based on our interactions, we both know that isn't actually possible. :24: It's kinda cute to have you so thoroughly obsessed with me though.

Now can we please get back to discussing just how fucked Zimmerman and possibly his wife are now?
Whats to discuss?
If someone doesn't agree you act like a little bitch and red rep them.....pathetic

So anyway... moving on from The Man obsessing over me.

What are people's thoughts on whether or not Zimmerman and/or his wife will be charged with perjury.

It sucks to be either of them right now. Perjury in a misdemeanor case is not good and has consequences, but perjury in a felony case like this one affects credibility - and as noted, the intentional deceit prior to the first bond hearing may have additional legal consequences for Zimmerman.

Will Zimmerman be charged with perjury? Don't know, but his bond has been revoked, and according to the news last night, he may spend a year in jail awaiting trial as a result. Given that, the prosecution may not persue perjury if they have him locked up in the mean time.

As to the wife? I think she should be brought in to stand before the judge to explain. She might not have intentionally lied and may have been mislead by Zimmerman's family.

If they want to charge for perjury they just as well charge they special investigator for the prosecution as well who testified at the bond hearing.

Cant really blame the defense...if the state is going to lie right there in front of you and set the example...just as well follow it.

So the special investigator lied and the judge is in on it?

If everyone knows the special investigator lied, and the judge knew about it, he would have thrown the case out.
The judge is the one that looks at all the evidence and decides if it's going to trial or not. So since this is still going to trial, that must mean the judge is in on it as well, right?

You been hanging around redro...havent you.
Thats the stink..the state can lie as they wish and suffer no consequences.
It was the bond hearing not a preliminary...the purpose of a bond hearing is bond..not to determine if there is enough evidence to bind over to a higher court...So no tossing at this point.

You really are showing your ignorance.
People get killed all the time while locked up...segregated included.

You do realize that someone that's segregated from the general prison population spends 23 hours a day in a cell by themselves and get that hour as exercise time by themselves, right? If the exercise time isn't by themselves, it's with a very small amount of other people. So unless you're saying that prison guards regularly kill people while they're locked up in their cells, I don't think I'm the one expressing ignorance here.

Where's your proof that the special investigator lied? You keep making the claim, and yet you've never bothered to back it up.

I've noticed a number of articles lately about a number of witnesses who have changed details of their original statements to investigators. Not much of it seemed extremely significant, but I'm curious why so many? I wonder if that's normal in a high-profile case like this, or if this one has some special "thing" because of the charged nature where people were quick to offer a "slanted" version of what they saw, but later felt the need to soften up?

If you can keep an open mind then ask yourself if you really want to be a witness in this case given its notoriety.

I can see people offering a different view after all that has transpired to protect themselves from getting involved and possibly causing an acquittal.

Old news...read the affidavit ..its in one of these threads...and yes you have been shown before.

Oh, your stupid claim that since Zimmerman is a "witness" in your opinion, then the investigator lied by saying that no witnesses saw what Zimmerman did. Sorry, that's not a lie... because Zimmerman doesn't count as a witness in that circumstance.
