So, you're happy to admit that he's a liar? If the judge had known that at the bail hearing, he'd be locked up, no question. And as to the running.....only an amateur runs when he can live the life of an innocent man until the day before the trial starts.
I cant blame him for lying ...either bond out and go to trial...or stay in jail and possibly get killed awaiting trial.

If your girly melodramatics are to be believed, he's more at risk in public than in jail.

I'm sure you won't blame him if he lies in order to get off the murder trial either. You've already decided that Martin deserved to die.

He can hide on the outside..not in jail.

Its a shame he had to lie to get his bail low enough to get out of jail.
Cant really blame him though..if the special prosecutor is gonna lie ..why cant I?
"Why am I here to begin with?"...The lie is justified IMO.

His refusal to disclose and turn in his second passport wouldn't have had any effect on the amount of his bail. Furthermore, the amount of money he had available quite possibly wouldn't have changed how much his bail was set at; the average bail amount for second degree murder in Florida is $150,000.

Nice try though.

Well, Zimmerman (and his wife) very well may be facing perjury charges now. Committing perjury in an official proceeding in the State of Florida is a third degree felony; however, if the official proceeding involves a capital crime, then it is redesignated as a second degree felony. A second degree felony in the State of Florida carries possible penalties of 15 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Fucking brilliant. :24: I love it when idiots go off and do things that make situations even worse for them.

Look who shows up...the red repping {place dirty name here}...red reps me then posts....ready to red rep my responses.
You are pathetic.

Why dont you look at your post for a minute
You just stated that that the amount of money he had available wouldnt change his bail.
You do understand that is why they are revoking his bail.
And if it didnt matter then why ask the defendant in court.
You sound like a fucking idiot..

They're revoking his bail BECAUSE HE LIED. His bail could very well have been set at the same amount if they had been honest... or it could have been raised. We quite simply don't know what would have happened... we can guess, but we don't know anything for certain. I also love how you ignored the part about the passport... go ahead and try to spin that one.

You stated how much he had available wouldnt matter.{in your prior post}
You dont even understand why you sound like an idiot...sad.
If it didnt matter then why ask about his assets.

And now that I busted you gain.....you will red rep this post .....much like a pathetic loser.
You disgust me....not for your actions but what you represent.

You actually got it before my edit, where I said that it quite possibly wouldn't have changed the bail amount; because we have no way of knowing for certain. The amount of assets available doesn't just correlate to how much bail should be set at for a crime, but also for whether or not the defendant could be considered a flight risk. You'd better believe that Zimmerman is going to be treated as a much larger flight risk this time around due to the lies about the money, and even more importantly, his failure to disclose (and turn over) his second passport.

Blah blah blah, it's pretty sad that you make a discussion about a guy that killed an innocent kid so personal.

Yet... you're the one that's trying to make everything personal. :24: Why don't you stick to the topic at hand rather than obsessing over your pathetic little vendetta against me.

So anyway... moving on from The Man obsessing over me.

What are people's thoughts on whether or not Zimmerman and/or his wife will be charged with perjury.

I'd say that you have a hard-on for me... but based on our interactions, we both know that isn't actually possible. :24: It's kinda cute to have you so thoroughly obsessed with me though.

Now can we please get back to discussing just how fucked Zimmerman and possibly his wife are now?
