To Shave or Not to Shave

I have a job interview on Tuesday, I'm not sure if I should shave for it or not. This is what I look like right now, not too grown out or anything, should I do away with it?

How badly do you want they job ?
Either your growing a beard or your not.
If your not, shave.

shave. Clean shaven is always better for interviews (eventhough I like stubble)

I'd say shave, it's not terrible stubble but clean shaven comes across as better.

shave, clean shaven all makes a better professional approach. my .02

Shave. Always better. Shave your legs, too. :24:

shave for the interview then grow it back when you get the job.

Just like a drivers test.you do it how they want you to do it then once you pass you go back to driving the way you do haha

What about those of us that have beards all the time? Should we shave them off for interviews?

Well that's a little different IMO, a full beard provided it's well groomed doesn't look unprofessional or anything at all, whereas if you go in with like a week or two worth of stubble it could appear as though you're just lazy and couldn't even be bothered to shave for a job interview, if I had an actual BEARD right now I wouldn't even consider shaving it for this.

some jobs you are not even allowed to have facial hair at all and a lot of places its got to be trimmed and neat looking. Under the dress codes ect

Having a beard and looking like your trying to grow one is completely different. Kinda like being bald and balding haha

hmm. I'm never come across a job where facial hair was strictly forbidden... closest I know of is the military, which only allows mustaches. Needless to say, I'll never work at a place that prevents me from having a beard, since I don't really ever plan on getting rid of mine.
