yes and no yeah there is probably a dimmension with time travel but theres no point in it if u can just dimensional shift cause then u dont have to worry about paradox.
So if you are going back in a different dimension, you cannot therefore change anything in the past that you know, or rather, have done?
If you went back in time to kill hitler, you would fail because hitler didn't die. If time travel was possible, then that would mean time runs in parallel, which means that what happens in one time happens in all.
The time paradox is nothing more than a plot devise, as I think Sparky Duck said

no if in one time hitler dies and another one(the one were in) he lives then with dimensional shift we can move to the other one where he is dead.
Sorry, there are no multiple earths. If time travel is possible, then time runs in parallell, which doesn't allow or alternate dimensions.
