So I was wondering who everybody supports in the Primaries or upcoming General Election.

I'm still undecided, after following both Republican and Democrat races since August. Haha

To be honest, I hate all the candidates, I just have to figure out who I hate less.

Senator Clinton runs a wonderfully brutal smear campaign, which is politics as usual, of course. Barack Obama promises change, but you rarely hear him talk about specific plans backing up his unrealistic goals. John McCain wants to stay in Iraq for God knows how long, and is very unfamiliar with the economy, which is the most devastating force in American society. Then there's Ron Paul, who can't admit that he lost.

So, which of these jerks do you support? :D

My dilemma exactly. Still undecided.

Well if that phone call at 3 AM comes and Clinton answers, let's hope she's not sleep deprived, or she will really screw things up.

I'm for Obama.

*Hopes McCain doesn't torture him*

What do you guys think about Obama/Clinton supporters who say if their candidate doesn't get the nomination, they will vote for McCain instead of the other Democratic nominee.

It boggles my mind how somebody think thats makes any sense.

Thoughts?

I'm an Independant... So I'm voting for the underdog. So it doesn't matter. My only concern is the economy and state and government benefit affairs. I've already heard estimates recently on when they think SSI and shit will be tapped out. Other than that I could give a fuck who's in office. They're all pretty shady. I definitly don't think Clinton should be allowed in office. But if it happens I guess it happens.

Hilary was supposed to show up at my work today to meet our Prime Minister. The meeting was rescheduled at a different location. Must have been sniper fire somewhere :D

I am all for Hillary. I have traditionally voted republican, but really find little in the GOP to represent what I think is right for the country. Hillary is a woman of vision and with a plan. Her extensive experience with non-profit and governmental organizations give her the expertise she needs to work within the government. I think that she has a realistic view of the current state of international relations.

I think this country is on the brink of disaster and we need someone who is going to firmly and slowly talk us back from the edge. These problems were decades in the making and a few inspiring speeches isn't going to change anything. Commitment to the process and a willingness to do what's needed (not what's popular) will.
