I've got an apple pie baking in the oven. I have no idea what possessed me to bake so late. :unsure: OK, yes I do...I'm hungry for apple pie so I made one. Must. Have. Apple. Pie. 
I think I'm going to go see Harry Potter one last time in theaters this afternoon.
This time of year is perfect for wanting to have apple pie. I make a mean apple pie.

One year, my sister-in-law and her hubby brought a bushel of apples to us from their property north of here. They were staying for the weekend, so I thought I'd use the apples to make some pies. As I cut the apples, some of them had little worms in them. I thought it was just nasty at first.... but then I realized that so long as I cut around the worms and their little holes.... the rest of the apples were just fine.
Anywho.... on those pies I made a crumb topping. They were absolutely delicious. Sweet and juicy. I almost didn't let them take a pie home.
Man! Now I'm craving a piece of apple pie!
I've eaten a lot worse than a worm or two. I want Apple Pie. :tooth
