I find it funny that tm had absolutely nothing to add to this thread, his only appearance was to give his brother a pat on the back.
Missed this during your fury of emotional driven posts
Interesting,
What I find funny is what you add to the thread....your denial of science is very laughable.
So tim...when does life begin.
And please provide a source showing where the rules of science have changed .

:24:

I knew it wouldn't take long. I knew you'd be along to suck stones dick so to speak. Where one is, the other is sure to follow to claim victory or to stoke each others ego.

I wouldn't be surprised if stone and tm were redneck brothers living in their mothers basement sharing a computer.

I knew it wouldn't take long. I knew you'd be along to suck stones dick so to speak.

Damn Tim such an imagination .... but coming from you thats not even an insult as you have stated in the past that a guy can suck other guys voluntarily and not be gay....some more of your flawed logic.
While you may use your logic to deny the reality of your own beliefs and or practices...they do not apply in the real world.
I dont suck dick...therefore dont have to distort reality to appease my conscious actions or beliefs as you do.

Where one is, the other is sure to follow to claim victory or to stoke each others ego.
For the readers what this means is.
Where tim posts known lies and illogical posts ....real men appear and bring reality to the topic.

Perhaps lurking is better fit for you Tim than posting...posting just doesnt seem to bring you a positive experience.

Minor Axis seems to focus more on Christianity and treat it all as it's of one mind set....fundamentalist.

Stone - okay that's why I posted before that the "church" of Christ is not a building. It is the body of believers. Not all who say they are Chirstians are:
"Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?' And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.' "
(Matthew 7:21-23
As a far from perfect Christian (that's where the forgiveness of Grace comes in, ) perhaps I am not qualified to post.

I won't say all Muslims are sexist, but after reading this Newsweek article: In The Land of Invisible Women, it smacks you in the face that the Middle East is extremely oppressive and sexist against women. I understand it can be argued that this attitude is tribal/cultural. Unfortunately most of these people are Muslims and these attitudes seem to be imbedded in their religion.

In a remote and dusty village of mud huts, I meet Aisha. She is 12 and recently married. She did not enjoy her wedding night. “It hurt a lot,” she says of her first sexual experience. “And he is old and fat.”

Her husband is not actually old and fat. But at 30, he is considerably older than Aisha, who was part of a deal arranged by her parents: Aisha married her husband so that her sister could marry his brother. Aisha was nothing but a bargaining tool.

As she tells me this story, another tiny village girl appears, unveiled. She is extraordinarily beautiful and wearing tribal dress. She stares curiously at us outsiders, and I look back, with the terrible thought that this lovely child will soon be bartered off like a stockyard animal.

God hates it when faiths mix:
Lutheran Pastor Apologizes for taking Part in Multi-faith ceremony
.

A Connecticut Lutheran pastor has apologized for participating in an interfaith prayer vigil for the 26 children and adults killed at a Newtown elementary school in December because his church bars its clergy from worshipping with other faiths.

The December prayer vigil was attended by President Barack Obama, leaders from Christian, Muslim and Jewish faiths, and relatives of the 20 first graders who were gunned down in their classrooms two days earlier after a gunman entered their school.

The pastor, Rob Morris of Newtown's Christ the King Lutheran Church, provided the closing benediction at the interfaith event on Dec. 16.
Earlier this month, the president of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, Pastor Matthew Harrison, wrote a letter to church members saying he had requested an apology from Morris for his participation in "joint worship with other religions."

"There is sometimes a real tension between wanting to bear witness to Christ and at the same time avoiding situations which may give the impression that our differences with respect to who God is, who Jesus is, how he deals with us, and how we get to heaven, really don't matter in the end," Harrison wrote.

"There will be times in this crazy world when, for what we believe are all the right reasons, we may step over the scriptural line," he wrote.
Harrison said he had accepted Morris' apology.

This is not the first time a Lutheran leader has been chastised for participating in a community service in the wake of a local tragedy.

'False teaching'
David Benke, a Lutheran pastor in New York, was suspended for praying at an interfaith vigil in 2001, 12 days after the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center. Benke, who had refused to apologize for the incident, was reinstated in 2003.

In his own letter to his church, Morris wrote that it was not his intent to endorse "false teaching" and apologized to those who believed he had.
"I did not believe my participation to be an act of joint worship, but one of mercy and care to a community shocked and grieving an unspeakably horrific event," he wrote. "I apologize where I have caused offense by pushing Christian freedom too far, and I request you charitably receive my apology."

A Christian who has his head on straight: Newsweek- Can Safe Sex Save The Earth?

Richard Cizik worked for 28 years at the National Association of Evangelicals, eventually becoming the lobbying group’s vice president for governmental affairs. That is until he took a controversial stand on climate change and deciding that same-sex civil unions were ok. Then he got booted, but not silenced.

If his ouster was meant to silence him, it didn’t work. Earlier this fall, the New Evangelical Partnership for the Common Good—a nonprofit Cizik cofounded—released a position paper laying out a moral argument for improving access to contraceptives and maternal health care. Although it’s not addressed in the paper, Cizik has also made the case that access to contraceptives is not only good for people, but also, since it helps curb overpopulation, good for the planet. On his blog, he calls family planning a “green technology.”

But he says that the more he looked at the data, the more convinced he became that those arguments were not just wrong, but un-Christian. Among the figures the paper uses to bolster this case are the fact that a woman dies in childbirth each minute, one in every four births is unplanned, and every year, contraception prevents some 112 million abortions worldwide. “How can you look at the data and not have your heart break? And not do something about it?” he says.

Speaking of attempts at appeal and manipulation... Officially endorsed by God (with a 5% ownership stake in the company): ChristianMingle.com, find God's match for you!

Pseudo quote: "I really believe this is a vehicle provided by God to help me find an 'approved' mate." Lol. I just get tired of hearing this on the radio (Houston market).
