You obviously missed part of my post .. where I mentioned hashing each other is not the point of the thread.

I made this thread simply because we've been told to move to the PW thread instead of hogging up the original thread (no one's ever said .. don't talk about this anymore .. and I don't think they mean for us to .. they just want it out of the thread that's being de-railed).

Mod's aren't telling us to STFU when they remove our posts (or that's not the conotation I've gotten from thePM's that have been sent to me when my personal posts have had to be removed) .. they simply mean for us to take it "outside".

This is outside.

No matter where it goes .. it won't stop .. so that's not really an option.

Frankly I like the idea, so long as it stays within due bounds person to person wise, like Jennay has assured, was not the intent of this, to people bash, rather when a thread derails, it re-tracks here

Both of those could be for reasons of arguing or going off-topic with insults.
None of that needs to be prolonged.
A deleted thread could be for that reason. A warning to "cease and desist" could also be for that reason. We really don't need to see those things prolonged. Whatever else you want to say to justify this thread, the original reasons you stated are enough for me to know that bringing something worthy of being deleted or worthy of being warned to stop from one thread into this thread are not conducive to the mood I believe most of the members want to keep in this forum.

It's really simple, if it's something that has been deleted because it needed to be, then no it's not wise to continue it elsewhere, and the mood should always stay non-combative and non-personal no matter what thread we are in.

If it means that posts get deleted from here because of that, then the section mod or admin will make the call.

Above that, there is nothing technically wrong with a thread like this that I can see.

It says nothing about throwing insults (which are against the rules anyways). Also, just because people quit posting in one thread doesn't mean those feelings just "go away" .. they just usually surface right back up .. in another thread .. de-railing that one instead.

Personally, I think some of you need to stop looking so freaking hard into everything .. with the thought that everyone is out to cause trouble. It's really getting annoying.

Y'all have rules that are next to impossible to abide by (normal conversation doesn't have a "off topic" limit, or do you stop people in mid sentence and tell them to get back on topic?) .. and then when someone trys to find a way to try and abide by those rules .. you think they are "up to something".
