Most recent: Ron Howard and Victoria Beckham...Ron (yes, we're on a first name basis) was right in front of me going through customs at Heathrow...so close in fact that I could flick his ear...and I contemplated it for a second...but after sitting on a plane all night I thought it might actually be nice to get into the country for a few minutes before getting kicked out. Mrs. Becks was on an opposing escalator with an entourage...she needs to eat a cheeseburger.

I've met some others but since you said recent, there you go. ;)

The last famous person I spoke to was Willie Nelson several years back.

My parents took my brother and I to this free outdoor concert- Willie was there, Trisha Yearwood, Dwight Yoakom, and a bunch of other people. My bro and I were by the trailers trying to see people. There was this group of women searching for Dwight and didn't notice Willie so he came over to talk to us a bit. I didn't know who he was then, it was about 8 years ago, but now I think it was kinda cool.

My favorite famous person moment- my mom was really good friends with Faith Hill growing up and my first concert ever was Faith and Tim when I was 9. People were bringing gifts up to the stage, like flowers and things. My mom brought her high school pin with her and let me give it to Faith. It took her a minute to realize what it was and when she did, she tried to bring me up on stage, but the guard wouldn't let me. We got to go backstage without passes that night. It was just sheer awesomeness!

Actually, come to think of it, I drove for the debate. Some lady from MSNBC, can't remember her name. Douglass, maybe? Anyhow, I saw Albright and Kerry from a "short" distance. And I got to carry some of Michelle Obama's luggage and walk around the plane the Obamas used that night. Not an Obama or Kerry fan, but it was still really cool.

And I got my hair cut maybe an hour after Joey Lauren Adams had left the salon. Her signature was on the sign in sheet less than five above mine. She lives in Oxford. I've never personally run into her though. Sandra Bullock was here a couple weeks ago and I missed her. :(

I've never seen a famous person in real life, you know.. I've been to concerts and stuff but to just come across someone famous while shopping or something, never =(

My fiance just got done being a paramedic and when he worked in Vancouver as one he once had to pick up Kelsey Grammer from YVR. I can't remember why, but they had to wait for him to get off a plane and take him somewhere, he got to chat whith him in the back the whole time. It was while he was in town filming the XMen movie.

Every time I go to a big city or an airport I scan every persons face in hope of seeing a celeb!

Oh I almost forgot, I went to see Jimmy Carr live once and while I was walking back to my car I saw him leaving the theatre. He stopped at the crossing for me to walk across and I smiled and waved at him =) He has a nice car!
