Lol my boyfriend sleeps a lot too. I only mind when I decide to go to bed and then it's reeeally difficult to get him to come upstairs.

I mind a lot. But that's because I can't sleep properly when he stays up all night. We live in a studio apartment thing so there's only one room for us to be in.

My house isn't far different, we have a little more space but it's chalet style so it's all open plan - the bedroom is upstairs but there's no door, you go up the stairs and you can look over the bedroom balcony into the living room! So if one of us stays up, you can still hear everything they're doing.

That sounds really cool, although I bet the hearing everything is a downside.

I'm learning to live with it and it's nice that I can lie in bed and read, and he can watch the racing downstairs, and we can still talk.

But I know what you mean, if he's up all night then it's a bit disruptive. Hell, even without the open space it still would be because they'd wake you up when they come in etc etc.
