So I didn't know if it was relevant to put this in the Exercise Challenge thread or not, but I know it's acceptable here- I talked to the thread owner
This is my stomach as of this morning; day one of my 10 week exercise thing. As you can see, zero definition. My goal is to become as strong as possible for a surgery I have to do.

Yes on the second. I really like my body how it is, I do nothing and eat what I want and am still small - average =]So to clarify: Qns are
1) add more definition to ur tummy
2) be strong for surgery
IF yes:
1) push ups and the exercise ball

2) depends on the surgery.....
I hear ya there. I've never been big on the rock hard body stuff. However, the surgeon said the stronger the better in terms of recovery.Good luck Bri nothing wrong with a little softness on the tummy though, it's somewhere for a guy to rest his head!

You've got nice tummy hence I wondered eh
If for surgery then to strengthen your abdominals ( if that's what your surgeon is intending ) then- the constant contracting and relaxing of your abs muscles is good enough. You can do this any time even when driving and doing Otz eh! Good luck. Hope everything goes well with that surgery.
