I was going to, but I'm watching an episode of House that I've never seen before.I'm watchin Nancy Grace right now..
We'll have to agree to disagree. I am very much an advocate of the death penalty...just wish they'd execute earlier and only allow 1 or 2 appeals instead of the endless appeals people SEEM to have.Cases like this always stir up peoples emotions about the death penalty. All I have to say is look at my thread about Colin Stagg in this section today. There are too many fuck ups still going on to think we can decide life or death to these people. Besides, life in prison is going to be much worse than a needle jab and the easy way out.
She's isolated now...and she sits in her cell watching TV all day and ordering things from the prison store. Rest assured, that sorry sack of shit has it easy. Fuck that, I say put her in a car trunk in Florida in August and let her die a long slow painful death.i think when she goes to prison she will get beaten every day untill she will have to be isolated where she will eventully go inane from lack of human contact . (i hope).
WR mother accused in death of her baby daughter
A Warner Robins mother was charged Monday with felony murder in the death of her 5-week-old daughter, police said.
Warner Robins police Maj. John Wagner said Joanne Tucker, 25, of Warner Robins, originally was charged Sunday with battery and cruelty to children in the death of her daughter Katie Tucker.

But the charge was upgraded Monday to felony murder after the autopsy ruled the cause of death as “cranial cerebral trauma,” Wagner said.
“She struck the child,” Wagner said.
The baby already was dead when police, fire and emergency medical workers arrived at the Tucker home at 1306 Hartley Ave. at 2:16 p.m. Sunday, Wagner said.
“It’s not uncommon that we investigate a child death,” said Warner Robins police Lt. Chris Rooks. “But it rarely turns out the child died at the hands of the mother.”
All child fatalities in Houston County are investigated and later reviewed by a board of law enforcement, prosecutors, child care workers and other professionals.
There was no record of any other reports of child abuse or injury to Tucker’s other children, a 1-year-old boy and a 2-year-old boy, Rooks said. They were placed in the custody of the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services, Wagner said.
Tucker lived with her father, 48-year-old David Tucker, in his Hartley Avenue residence along with her three children and her live-in-boyfriend, 22-year-old Robert Medley Jr., Rooks said.
Medley is the father of the child who died, and he was at work when the incident occurred, Rooks said.
The infant apparently had been dead for several hours before Tucker asked her father to check on the child, Rooks said. David Tucker called 911 when he found the baby unresponsive, the investigator said.
Had 911 been called when the infant was first harmed, based on her injuries, she did not have much of a chance of survival, Rooks said.
The mother had to have known the baby was dead, he said.
The mother, who did not work but stayed at home with the children, gave police a statement indicating that she was responsible for the injuries to the infant, Rooks said.
The baby suffered “blunt force trauma to the head,” in which the mother used her hands and possibly something else, Rooks said.
“On a child, it doesn’t take much to cause an injury like that,” the investigator said.
The original charges of felony cruelty to children in the first degree and misdemeanor battery were based on what investigators immediately determined on the scene Sunday afternoon, Rooks said.
The charge of felony murder was brought later after what investigators suspected was confirmed by the autopsy Monday morning, Rooks said.
Tucker was being held Monday in the Houston County jail and is the second midstate mother to be charged in the death of a child in recent days.
Shambria Fields, 21, was arrested Saturday in connection with the death of her 10-month-old girl, who was killed in a fire that morning in Dublin.
Fields was charged with child abandonment and voluntary manslaughter.
She’s accused of leaving the infant and two boys, ages 2 and 4, alone in their apartment at Claxton Homes Apartments off Schley Street for an unknown length of time before the fire began at 10:30 a.m.

Ain't it creepy!?!?!? When I saw that picture the first time I was like "wow, am I the only one that sees it???" Then I read the comments on the story and just about everybody said the same thing.Holy crap!!!! They could be evil murdering twins!!!! :eek :eek :eek
I can't believe there's not a thread about this case!!! For those of you living under a rock, Caylee Anthony is a beautiful missing 3 year old girl from Orlando, FL. Her mother, Casey Anthony, is currently in jail on a slew of charges including first degree murder. Caylee's body still has not been found and her mother and her familiy refuse to cooperate w/ authorities. Everything Casey has told the cops has been a lie from the beginning. Her parents are either completely stupid or in denial. The mother, Cindi, has made statements on recorded lines that she now denies. The father, George, actually had the nerve to say the other day that whatever dead body was in his daughter's trunk is NOT his granddaughter (cause, ya know, the fact that your duaghter even HAD a dead body in her trunk is no big deal as long as it wasn't her daughter???). Honestly, I think the whole damn family is crazy!!!
The FBI released test results yesterday that confirm what appears to be human decomposition in Casey's trunk. A decomposed hair found in the trunk matches the DNA of Caylee and Casey's hair. It is pretty obvious at this point that the little girl is no longer alive. My hope is that the investigators working the case are offering to take the death penalty off the case if Casey will take them to the body. I don't see that Casey will EVER tell the truth unless there's something in it for her...and even then, I'm sure it'll be a LIMITED version of the truth.
So what are YOUR thoughts on the case???
