The Best QB...

Out of the 32 starters, and the 32+ back up QBs in the league, who is the absolute best?

Why do you think this?

Personally I'll throw this out there, I don't think it's Manning.

My personal view is Tony Romo is above Tom Brady, but Brady is nipping at his heals.

i dunno. Tom brady is awesome. took over for drew bledsoe and led the Pats to 3 superbowls.

in years and years down the road he'll be up there with the likes of great quarterbacks of the past if he stays healthy. like Young, marino, montana, favre, elway. not a fluke like kurt warner

IMO of course

I hate to say it, but Brady is the best of the crop. He rarely, if ever, chokes in the big games. His play today should speak volumes, playing in an unfriendly, loud environment, plus he plays well in NE winters. In 2007, I'd take him over Romo for this alone, Romo hasn't proven to win the big game yet. But give him time, he will get there, no doubt.

I also can't rule out Brett Favre. When he is on and has a supporting cast, he is one heck of a QB.

If he retired today, he'd still be up there with those guys. I say Brady hands down.

On a side note this dumbass I work with (he's also a Colts fan), who always tries to act like he knows football said "Ya know, I think Favre's a first ballot Hall of Famer." I was like "Gee, ya fuckin think?"

It does make things easier when you can just throw up the ball to Moss because he will catch it. He made Daunte look like a friggin rock star in Minnesota.
