Out of curiosity could I consider his calling "creationism" stupid be considered a personal attack.... I mean I'm Roman Catholic and therefor believe in creaionism. I'm highly offended that he called me stupid!

it was my understanding that AEF mentioned it. I may have heard that incorrectly.

BUT, having said that, if Tim or V or any other mod sees and infraction, whether they are personally affected by it or agree/disagree, they reserve the right to enforce the rules whether someone said something or not. That's an easy one.....

My entire point of this thread was to show how intelligent debate is carried out and not whore up the pic thread with a difference of opinion with AEF.

Intelligent debate = good.

name calling and mudslinging = bad and infractions usually ensue.

unfortunately, mudslinging and namecalling are usually a fact of internet life.
