Says who though? A lot of animals in the animal kingdom mate for life (usually being the ones who don't live live in herds or packs) .. who's to say that humans aren't supposed to be that way too but choose to use that (example up there ^^) as an excuse to flit around?

Seems like more humans choose to be that way than don't (hell, even the bush people in Africa, that haven't been introuced to "our" morals, only have 1 wife and/or husband .. for life .. it's a really big deal to them).

Personally, I don't believe that for a second. I think we were meant to find someone and settle down and bear children with them, not do it multiple times.

I personally don't think it matters too much either way as long as you are both open and honest with each other from the start about it. Butterfly seems to have a great relationship with her husband.

And again, I believe it's been invented to create order. I believe humans DO have a desire for "pairing." But, not lifetime commitment.

If monogamy was natural for humans, then why is it so hard for men and woman to stay faithful? It should be "natural", correct?

Could it be at all possible, that this Sarah person, saw your posts where you posted the emails from Matt on here and copied them, then pasted them in a message to you to say she had received the same ones from him, but removed your name?

If she knew where to contact you, she'd know you own this forum and will have been reading up on your posts about Matt maybe?

Ria, that's an interesting theory. Honestly, I was the one saying "give him the benefit of the doubt and talk to him when he gets home" about the 2 girls BEFORE her. But when this one showed up...that's when I said "forget him" (in less nice terms) and agreed w/ V's assessment that something was rotten. It was sealed when, the night she busted him on it, he went and deleted V and all her friends from his friend's list on Myspace. Why would you do that if you were planning on fighting for your relationship??? He's not fighting for it b/c he knows he's a lying cheating bastard.

Yeah, was just a thought and I agree, what's been said re hanging up (I said same as you also), wasn't fighting for the relationship at all etc, but some ppl feel there's no point as they feel the other person has made their minds up.

However, it was an afterthought and it does all seem to be buried now - finished for good.

It's a shame though. It still doesn't answer why he went to all the bother of all those roses he sent and teddies etc.

The emails he wrote wasnt EXACT.. It was very very close if that makes sense. Especially his sex one to her... I know it was him and there is no WAY she would of seen those from me because I never posted those. I just posted the sweet ones.
