V- I'm sorry to hear. My girlfriend now ex went to study abroad (for spanish) for 3 months. I went through her emails cause she decided to stop contacting me. I found emails ...

And how exactly were you able to gain access and check her e-mails?

Nope this is no joke.. there is no reason she would be mischievous. She was just as much surprised. She was basically asking me because SHE felt something was wrong... and since I am still the one all over his myspace (not anymore.. he was quick to remove everything and me and my family).. She felt it was wrong.

Why would he have you all over his Myspace when he had another girl though? People are WAY easy to find on Myspace, not like he could hide that. I'm not taking up for him, so please don't take it as I am .. heck I don't even know him, but it seems sorta odd imo. Especially after reading Trance's post about being able to check his exGF's e-mail.

i know im new nere V, but dont say that you wont let anyone in your heart again. that will end up hurting you even more than what your bf did.

and i freaking know what youre going thru. at one poing when i was engaged my fiance started acting really sneaky and shady. u know, the typical behavior when someone they are cheating. the way she chose to contact this guy was stupid, considering who i am and what i do for a living. i managed to get into her email acct and voi fucking la. emails about how the sex was soooooo good and what not. awesome. yeah, that made me feel good.

but yeah, its a learning experience that youre going thru, thats for sure. keep a smile on your face and everything will be just fine.

I found this out with only a month left. Yeah I know how you feel.

We've been going out for 3 years to. All gone now.

I think gaining access and reading people's emails is pretty shady .. if you want to know you should ask for access .. not just help yourself.

Only time I think you should read other people's e-mails .. is if it's your kid, and they are under 18.

If I ever found out that someone I was dating read my emails without asking .. they wouldn't have to worry about me cheating .. because I would dump them.

I don't get it.

If it logs a person's keystrokes how the hell you gonna decipher through all those keystrokes the person types? Ain't that gonna be too extensive to go through?

Not really that hard if you know what you are looking for. A key logger can monitor all key pressed and record them. It can register all web pages and programs that are opened or closed, records the clipboard, and can make periodic screen shots of your computer desktop.

Whoa. That's powerful. Is that one of the programs suggested parents use to monitor kids activities on the net?
