Seeing Kelvin is so up on politics in the USA, I'd like to hear from him his views on what's going on in his own country, seeing its something we dont hear that much about over here. What are your views on these Singapore laws?

Bungee jumping is illegal.

The sale of gum is prohibited.

Homosexuals are not allowed to live in the country.

Oral sex is illegal unless it is used as a form of foreplay.
Pornography is illegal.

As it is considered pornographic, you may not walk around your home nude.

Failure to flush a public toilet after use may result in very hefty fines.
It is considered an offense to enter the country with cigarettes.
Cigarettes are illegal at all public places.
It is illegal to come within 50 meters of a pedestrian crossing marker on any street.
If you are convicted of littering three times, you will have to clean the streets on Sundays with a bib on saying, “I am a litterer.

I am glad finally there is some debate abt singapore in this forum. But frankly politics in singapore is boring in general. I get hit by the chewing gum episode in other forums too.

No, lets not, there have been 1001 threads about USA politics, and only this one about Singapore politics. How about we dont dodge the questions and cover new ground here?
Ok fair enough. I don't deny abt the so called human rights violations. We never claimed to be a free country like USA. There are human rights violations in every country.

Bungee Jumping

Background
Bungee jumping was not officially banned in Singapore, but an application by adventure firm Radical Adventure Sports to provide the bungee jumping service in 1993 was rejected by the authorities then. However, in July 2003, a surprise announcement was made by Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong, allowing the "revival" of bungee jumping in Singapore. The approval for bungee jumping relates to recent government efforts to encourage a more risk-taking culture among Singaporeans.
Reverse bungee jumping

Okay that takes care of one violation, but you're seriously not allowed to walk around naked in you're home?

Do you have to wear swimsuit in the shower too? :24:

Virginia Man Charged With Indecent Exposure After Making Coffee Naked in Kitchen

A Springfield man is facing indecent exposure charges after police say he stood naked inside his home as a 7-year-old boy and his mother walked by.
Twenty-nine-year-old Eric Williamson denies any wrongdoing and says any exposure was accidental.
"Yes, I wasn't wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed. It was dark and I had no idea anyone was outside looking in at me," Williamson told MyFoxDC.com in his defense. "I'm a loving dad — any of my friends would tell you that," Williamson said. "There is not a chance on this planet I would ever, ever do anything like that to a kid."
