Most of the rape cases are not reported in Pakistan and that this attitude of the victims tends to encourage rapists?
This is what stone told you but yet you denied it...here you clearly state what stone stated?
Why ?

Interesting find.

This self proclaimed Pakistani intellectual has the mental capability of a flea.

Revenge over many, many lost face saving issues.
It started over the way Pakistani men treat women and children and quickly came to his racism followed by his sexual perversions.
He denies historical events in an attempt to discredit us.
He even proclaims we've made statements and taken positions counter to our actual arguments in this forum.
He distorts and lies. Habitually.

His hatred runs deep because his arguments have lead us to the real 'mazHur/Mazhar Butt........a terrorist loving, racist pervert whose presence is obviously to demoralize those of western culture.
A piss poor poet.
With interesting ties to import/export.

I share the sentiment, I think both the victim and accused should not be released to the public, until the accused is named or the victim chooses to be named. The victim should always have a choice in the matter and the accused, should not be named until they're proven guilty as this could damage a person's perception towards the accused. Well, it's okay if he really was guilty, but what if he wasn't? You would only cause damage to him as a person.

Well, until the trial begins the accuser should have the right to decide whether to release her identity to media, and to the public in general. Before trial starts we all know accusers get threats and the like, especially when they're up against big individuals. Well it still happens even during trial, but it's something that happens more before that, since they know they can force the accuser to back off and not continue with it once they find out who it is. Once the trial's started though, he/she would have already gained strength.

Name everyone or no one...should be no different than any other case.
But in all fairness...it should be after.

First of all, what's the purpose of naming them? To shame them and take away what little is left of their dignity? They can share their experience at their own space. However, if the trauma's still fresh, you cannot shame these victims by revealing their real identities without their consent. Any decent human being with a kind heart would do that.
