im being serious. there are 100 better guitarists that stand out before richi sambora. richi hasnt done anything that has ever stood out as a solo artist,or with his hair band.im not saying he is at the bottom of the pile, but he sure isnt at the top.

no, slash is no clapton, but you were asking about slash vs. richi sambora. and slash owns richi any day of the week, also, buckethead? yes, he's also no clapton either,and i have posted that there are worse guitarists that richie sambora but slash isnt one of them. ----- like i said they were better in the 80s, all these clips you have posted are the same mundane mediocre crap that bon jovi has been belting out since forever. slippery when wet/new jersey where definitely bon jovis better albums, anything after that is just the same repetitive sad boring sappy love song.

i have had the privilege of seeing slash back with GnR many moons ago. amazing guitarist. im still baffled at how anyone can seriously compare these 2 guitarists. But I think Ive said it enough times in this thread and this poll, as silly as it is, speaks for itself. slash rules.
