Took Zac to the zoo today for a few hours... had a good time, though the fact that it took him like 30 minutes to eat his lunch was a little frustrating. I swear that child is the slowest eater in the entire world.

Then we got back, watched Fresno State lay the smack down on Idaho, and now I'm making chili for a chili cookoff at my parents' church tomorrow night.

God, I hate my computer sometimes... or maybe just iTunes. I'm in a shitty ass mood, open up iTunes to listen to some music... and it gives me a song that I can't stand listening to. I like the song, but I hate the subject matter for a few different reasons. Fucking annoying as fucking hell.

Perhaps you should create playlists that don't include musical content you don't appreciate.

I know I've made playlists based on a mood I've been in.

Today marks the fourth straight day that I've worn shorts and flip flops to work. Nobody has said a word about it, and my boss has seen me dressed like this every day that I've done it. So based on that fact, the fact that nobody has complained, and that our HR person told me it would be fine that I should just do it... I'm led to believe that it is now acceptable dress code here, at least for me. If I did end up with anyone complaining, I'll just bring up the fact that we have someone here that wears super short skirts and no bra on a regular basis (and really shouldn't do either based on her body type), or that we have women here that wear capris and flip flops all the time. :24:

I don't know if I should be proud of this or not... I'm watching an episode of the X-Files, and there was a character in it that I recognized, but I couldn't place him. So I thought about it through the rest of the episode, and it finally dawned on me that he was the mentor of sorts for Emilio Estevez's character in the second Mighty Ducks movie. I haven't watched that movie in at least ten years, but I somehow knew that from seeing the guy on TV for about 5 minutes.

I finally got my $2,500 physical therapy bill paid off... only took me forever. But damn does it feel good to have that off of my back.

I swear, my boss' neurosis has caused me to have to take more Xanax in the last month than I've taken in the previous 6 months combined. It's not just me either, he's stressing absolutely everyone out with his idiocy.
