Oh, if anyone cares (doubtful :24. My interview went really well, I think anyway. The middle manager guy seemed impressed with my experience and knowledge. They're evidently interviewing 2-3 other people, and then will make a final decision in 2-3 weeks at the earliest. So hopefully, I could be starting a new job in the middle of September, if I get offered and it's something I can accept in terms of salary.

The only problem I have is that the sauce is too thick... I needed more liquid, so I should've either not let the port reduce so far, or used more tomato sauce. But, the taste was great... and I know that for next time.
