Take a cheese stick (light or fat free) mozzerella or cheddar.
Cut it into little circles (1 stick usually makes 17 pcs).
Spray a paperplate and put 10 of the circles on the plate (I dunk them in garlic salt first) and microwave for 55 seconds.
They are FABULOUS and are virtually guilt free.
Light mozzerella ones: 17 pcs = 60 calories, 2.5g of fat, and zero carbs. Dipping them in salsa = YUM! (salsa with no added sugar = good for you because it's just veggies!!)
I served them at a family get together today and I had none left out of a whole pack of sticks.
