I'm always so excited about it at the beginning of the winter... and then I recall freezing and numb limbs... and hypothermia... and, ugh!

I about got hit Tuesday night because of the ice and snow on the drive.

Do you ever almost have someone slide into your car on the beach? Yeah. Beach > snow.

After a long hot summer of 40C+ temps I wouldn't mind the numb limbs...I'd be inclined to skip the hypothermia, though.

I've only had hypotermia once. And I was six. But it still sucked.
