Yes, I have been to alabama. and it does get humid here in the summers as well. I know what it's like to be soaking wet just standing outside in 100+ degree heat. I like it. Because i'm not shivering my ass off and 100+ degree heat doesn't hinder my being able to make a turn without sliding all over the fucking road because of ice.

Humidity? I could care less about humidity. Bring it on. Ice water works wonders.

Could you deal with trying to brake and sliding past your street? I did that shit tonight on my way to my brothers. Can you deal with -xx temperatures day in and day out, along with 30 mph winds? I hate it. Cold sucks. My knees crack and shit, i get headaches and I get so tense from shivering to hell and back.

Heat? Humidity? ... YES PLEASE. I would kill for it to be in the 30s right now. I'd be outside in a Tshirt in 32 degree weather.

James I'm not trying to argue with you dude :D
It's obviously a preference thing..and probably a "the grass is greener..." thing too.

We got more than the beach and warm weather going for us. But you get used to the tornados and hurricanes and thunderstorms and such.

It was only four in six weeks. Besides, we got three days off of school for them, bringing our total of days off in the semester to five.

ONLY four in 6 weeks? that's an insane number. Fort Wayne has had one tornado in 7 years now.

Although the cold makes me want to wrap myself in every piece of clothing I have, I'm not running from 4 massive spinning walls of air and debris in a 6 week time frame.

I'm not trying to knock Florida, you love it there, obviously, and that's great... but i don't think Ic ould take it.

Four hurricanes in six weeks. During the summer, we get tornados more frequently than that (though a lot are water spouts). And then, hurricans can cause tornados so you get both at the same time. But I understand how the weather might bother people.
