Aaaaaaaargh!!!!!! I have got the most chronic heartburn yet again. It's pretty much every single day now.
Went to the docs today and he said that my heartburn and my getting puffed out when walking, can be helped with weight reduction!
He's right and I know I have to lose weight, but I am fed up with hearing that each time I see him.
I think he doesn't like bigger women or something.
Anyway, I now have to try harder to cut down a bit and cut out the bad stuff. Easier said than done lately!
Anyway, he gave me other tablets for the heartburn, as other remedies haven't worked for a while now. I have to take one in the morning and one at night for 4 weeks then just one a day.
Well, I only had time to take one tonight cos of the timing from the dr's to getting my prescription at the supermarket and it's not worked and there's nothing else to ease it either - I can't take other reemdies with these capsules.
Another bad night for me then.
Who knows, I may well be back here in the night if heartburn takes over!

You know doctors, sometimes they lack tact and others they are a bit arrogant about some of their opinions, a bit stuborn I would say. Thanks Maria. I hope so too, cos I am very tired right now. I had a bad night's sleep last night, so it's beginning to catch up on me now.
Some nights, where the reflux enters my throat, I wake up actually choking and cannot breathe for it. I told him this, but he didn't seem to feel it was anything to be alarmed about - he said that's normal for that to happen! maybe it is, but it's pretty scary too!!!
