I am the clinical pathology part of it. I get the slides of the BM aspirate touch prep's and so on when one of the hem/onc dr's think that there is a new diagnosis of cancer or even solid tumor they call me to schedule the BM biopsy it's hard to describe it when you have to type it google it and see it's a cool job to have I deal alot with dr's and patient's. Pony know's what I am talking about.

I could only picture the kind of thing's that go through the ED first hand trama and stuff like that seen some of it and stay's in the back of your mind.
