what you been eating? I need to share that with someone 
trying to read but today is the first day of school for our new medical residents.
oh hell gotta love new residents!!! we can always tell when that day is, you should see the weird labs they order lol
Weird labs, Hell they get pen happy and start ordering everything possible and it has nothing to do with the diagnosis.
exactly lol but they do order some off the wall stuff too

I love the first day of school
I had Chick fil A for lunch and it was soooo good!
I am so hungry
I was too but I solved that problem. I had a chicken sandwich and a cookies N cream milkshake from Chick fil A
Ive been eating all fricken day long I dont know what in the hell my problem is
can't eat waiting on one of the Dr's to page me
well yeah not full blown meals
