A blue message flashes up for a second but I cannot read it. But other than that no.

I thought I did but it's not working.
So, you DO have the disk but your computer won't read it? I don't pretend to be a geek here. You may need to start a thread in the Computer section. They're pretty helpful here. You may need to reset the Bios so that it first reads the CD/DVD drive first. Where to do that is uncertain. If you start it up, keep pressing down either the F1 or F2 function key. That will generally take you to the Bios. You may see options to change the order of booting. Hopefully, you'll see an option to Save this information. After that, turn off the computer and then insert the disk and reboot. I have no idea if this will help or not. I just got a little info from Google. :)

Do what all the time? Flash up? It's only done it a few times. I mainly just keep being sent a black screen asking me how I want to start the computer but none of the options work
