Well remember it is all self imposed and maybe you can overcome it. You seem like a really fantastic person and that alone is enough to make you the most beautiful woman in the world.

It's kinda hard to change a way that you have been since you were little... It was mostly environmental that caused it.. It's a very hard habit to break.

Yoga and meditation worked for me.
Maybe not Yoga in your condition or maybe light Yoga at most.
yeah true.. they do have classes for preggy women here it's just that they are across town... Which I think would make me more pissed off LOL.... This city is nuts to drive in.
Oh sorry, everything I need is a short walk away for me. I could see certain aspects being really good for a pregnant woman. Luckily one of my friends teaches my class so it's free but I really love Yoga.
That's cool.
Most everything that I have to go to is over a half hour away.... Including my ultrasounds and the like.
GRRRR I am so freaking bored .. and I need to stay up for another 45 minutes

It drives me nuts. If you don't have a car in this city you pretty much are stuck.. It's not a people friendly place it's made for cars..

I haven't driven a car in 7 years.
Mass transit is terrific where I live, my carbon value is really low.
