IMO, the only way to look at it, every new day is a new set of opportunities to make it better than all the days before.

It helps me, plus I really believe that living in the past or having regrets are just a form of self punishment for things you can't possibly change.

Self doubt is atrocious, I am hyper critical about myself, but I refuse to doubt myself I worked very hard to get where I am and I refuse to doubt my actions.
