I did a bit of Christmas shopping and just got back a little while ago.

Colds and Christmas shopping appear to go hand in hand. Seems most everyone... well okay... not everyone... but a whole lot of people were hacking and sneezing. I just turned the other way. I at least took some meds to temporarily stop the hacking and sneezing.... I am polite like that!

But, on a bright note, I got to see my nephew in the Christmas parade yesterday (he's in the ROTC program at his school...he was all dressed up in his uniform) and then, afterwards, I got to do Rocky Horror night at a friend's house.

ahhh..... I awoke at 7..... then it was shopping excursion time in the early afternoon.... now I am feeling weary and the couch is beckoning me for a nap..... I shall have to comply shortly!
