I've thought at times how much I really like my job. But with downsizing and shifting workloads, now I'm not so sure. Show me more money is what I want to say. I do enough now and where to fit the extra duties in is really an issue. Not just with me but with others too.

Just remember..... the grass may not be greener on the other side....

Thanks...I was talking more in the realm of people...er...person...than my job, but the job's a factor too...we had a major upset last week that was kind of the last straw there. Basically, my life boat needs a good rocking...nay...capsizing...just time for some major changes.
