Do me a huge favor, and please do not patronize me. I treat you with a profound amount of respect, considering you basically diagree with everyone.

I am actually open minded. Why don't you go and actually read up on everything I mentioned before you attempt to insult me;)

Up to this point I have been very patient, I have suffered through page upon page upon page of you trying to tear down practically everyones belief system.

Well, you are not getting out of this fight that easy. You threw down the gauntlet, I am here. And you are going to have to say something better than "My theory is bigger than yours" to back me down.

I am with Tim, you posed the challenge, come at me with something more than "God is a big stupid pants" and I'll respond.

I still love ya, an all your enthusiasm, don't get me wrong, I totally admire your tenacity as I have said over and over again. But, you have walked into a hornets nest with this one.

It's time to hump, fight or hold the light:D
Where did I insult you? Thats what ID's believe. Something is complex therefore: God. I'm simply stating in simplest terms what they believe?

I'm not here to provide my evidence to you, I'm here for creationists to provide me with theirs. I have yet to see any.

Ironically.....I am not a "young earth guy"....However

The comment "if you are who you say you are than you should"

That was rather accusational. I really have no real need to flex an ego....On the internet. I never talk about my education in the forums, so really..

And, you cannot put ID....In simple form, and I think what you want is for someone to show you a picture, well it's not that easy and you know it. It's like saying "In one word or less define the oppenheimer theory on chlorine"

It's crazy for you to expect anyone to change your mind anyways. I am surprised even I was going to try.

You kill me kiddo....I'll be honest...I wanted to jump in and spar with you, but I'm just mentally tired right now...Honestly. But make no bones about it, you have not heard the last of this:D

And you do know Intruder is going to be stocking up on things to hammer you with:D

Watching you two is basically the only reason I come into the debates..

Debating with scott is.....interesting. To say the least.

Its fine, whatever evidence he has of creationism (I'm suspecting he's a young Earth advocate) I have a good amount of resources to fire back with.

That's what I like to see... when members battle it out with facts and figures (speaking of figures, you should have seen the body on this little vixen I saw at lunch in her little mini skirt.... but I digress) Smack him in the head with facts (that goes for both sides) I want to see compelling arguments from ALL sides...

Maybe a small, regional flood, but not a global one. The Earth does not show any signs of a massive deluge or flood that covered the entirety of the landmasses at any point in it's long history.

One simple evidence of the earth never being entirely covered is the fact that we would find a equally distributed layer of sediments covering the entire earth, covered in a top layer of clay. This does not exist.

BUT, back in "flood times", a small, regional flood could possibly cover the Earth as they knew it. I'm not a creationism advocate, but I do know that not all Christians interpret the OT completely literally.

I actually believe in a global flood. Don't really see the Bibles explanation as very accurate but there have been fossils found right inland worldwide of animals that should live in the sea.

Oh, I completely agree with you. They would have thought their entire world was flooded. I'm just saying a lot of of people actually think a giant flood covered the Earth at one point.

Shifting tectonic plates that were once under water shifted up and are now land masses, its a very common thing in geology, just like how some land masses fall into the ocean at some points, you will find land animals fossils at the bottom of the ocean. The same goes for fossils found on mountaintops, land shifted up to create them and carried along with them the fossils of sea creatures.

There are also many fossils found of animals, all from the same time period, who appeared to die suddenly. How do you explain that?

Mass extinctions are not uncommon. it could have been a big regional flood, to a massive outbreak of a disease, to asteroids, volcanoes, weather changes, droughts, famine etc etc etc. I mean, look at how the plague almost wiped out most of Europe. Not take that and infect animals who don't know how to fight it off, even in the most rudimentary forms, and see what you get: Mass extinctions.

This was directed towards scott, since he said he had "lots and lots" of evidence for a 6,000 year old Earth, so to a simple claim,

You're a crafty little expletive. You know full well I was challenging the eternal proof you claim to hold on evolutional life creation. We talked specifically in fact about the level of knowledge you had on the subject because I didn’t want you backing out on me again.

I didn't say I believed in a 6000 year old Earth. I in fact said specifically I didn't know anything about it and had to ask somebody to give me a run down.

Evidence is different than proof. You don't seem to understand that.

Don't twist my words around and try to cram them down my throat. I know what I said, where I stand, and why. You only know for sure one of the three, and sometimes two.

When you're ready to act like a grown up, we'll talk.

Okay, I am going to throw a curveball for everyone, if I may be so bold.

IF.....And I repeat IF evolution is a valid concept:

Why have humans not developed an immunity to the depleting amount of OXygen in the atmosphere, why have we not developed a resistance to known carcinogens that we have been breathing for all of these years.

Basically why have we not yet evolved to the point where we can oppose some of the natural and un-natural elements that threaten our very existence?
