i am without a scale at the moment,....next time i stop a place that has one I'll check.....truck stops just laugh at me

I am the same as last week. Its better than gaining though I suppose. Just thought I would of lost considering I have made an effort to exercise more than I was. I hope it catches up soon!

Yes, but isn't enough if it's not out of my normal routine, body is only going burn more calories/fat if its more work than normal.
