True dat. :nod: I lost a lot in inches when I first started working out but not so much in pounds until after a year or so.We should weigh in but also measure!
Remember, Muscle weighs more than fat!! Expect to gain before you loose!

If you have any hand weights, Thorny, grab one and then step on again and see if it changes what it's supposed to. If it does, then you're probably good to just base the up and downs off it.

I dont even have a starting weight, just have V start you over from your scale weight
