In that case, no, I disagree. Because you're ignoring the things like social, cultural and economical background that make it impossible to see these races impartially. It is impossible to tell what race is inherantly better, because there are so many other factors that could cloud that perception.

And "better", again, is subjective. Could you be a little more specific?
