After two awesome semi-final games today, both US women's beach volleyball teams won and are playing in the final. US vs. US. Should be a great game!!

GOLD is best. Too many Canadian athletes think like you, which is why we consistently don't win things. It pisses me off when they interview someone after they don't advance or they finish well back and they say "I'm just happy to be here competing".
that is so totally contra the olympic spirit, lets face it we can only get by with what we have and we will only win in sports that we support form the grass roots level, ( Hockey ) If you want to win like the Yanks and the Chinese, start lobbying for more funding for all sports, i fully expect at the close of the games we wil get the inevitable media questions about the COC and why we did not own the podium, pretty obvious to me, the media have to play their part as well, how on earth are kids going to want to win gold for Canada in the trampoline, when the media ignores the sport, apart from every four yearsGOLD is best.
