Thanks Goddess. My sugar was 106 this morning. The lowest yet. Tho I gained back a pound. I guess I should have exercised yesterday? But I'm tired. We're battling colds down here. :mad See, my system was toxic before and now it's getting cleaned out and all susceptible to germs:willy_nilly:

Thanks fuzzwifers! I've cut out all soda. The only 'sugary snack' I've had since last Thursday is 1 chocolate chunk glucerna bar and two squares of Gardelli 65% dark chocolate. Also two gulcerna drinks. Now there is still the hidden sugar like in bread, taters & such. But I've cut sugar out of my coffee and put PureVia in it's place. Along w/in my iced tea. I am surprised at how different I feel.

Tho, I don't want to turn into a sugar nazi either:ninja Hopefully I'll be able to show em by example

Well my eyesight means I wear contacts so that should tell you all you need to know about the effect of my imagination on them!!

Yesterday I wore a blue & black skirt with a black top and high heel ballet looking platforms.

Today I'm wearing darker khaki's and a white 3/4 sleeve sweater with my Nine West pointed toe heels.
