just want to hear ya'lls opinions on this silly subject. A couple of us were talking at work the other night about toilet paper (yes we was bored) haha.
Anyways, we got to talking about the kind of toilet paper we use. One girl says she buys the cheap stuff and the rest of us said we buy the name brand stuff (Angel Soft, Charmin, etc). She says she doesnt understand why we pay extra for the name brand stuff when the cheap stuff works just the same. To me, the cheap stuff is rough on your behind, its not soft at all.

I just buy Charmin...Cha Cha Cha...Charmin!!!

Honestly, it feels good cuz it feels nice and soft up there. Not rough and making my ass all itchy.

I think is a common misconception in our materialist society that expensive and "branded" means better. Most things in Lydl (if you Brits have it too, it's German), Dia and other cheap super market are as good and cheaper. So it's obvious I buy toilet paper there :)

I have a silly question...

If in the course of wiping your ass, you got crap smeared up your arm, would you be happy just taking a wad of toilet paper and cleaning it off? Do you think that makes it clean enough or would you need to use soap and water?

If you answered no above, then why is it good enough to only wipe your ass with toilet paper???

We started using those wet wipes (like baby wipes) and I feel 100% cleaner. No matter how clean you think you got your ass with toilet paper, when you use one of those wipes, it shows that you still had residue. :yuk

To me, its the performance of the paper. I dont want to have it smeared up to my shoulder blades. I need something absorbant. :)

Well, my dad always said there are some things you can go cheap on and some things you cant. The list of cants consisted of toilet paper and trash bags. ;)

Word up. I do the same damn thing. Wipe with the baby wipes and dry with the TP.
