Sure! I boiled 1 pound of peeled sweet potatoes until fork tender, then 1 pound of russets the same way in another pot. I threw them together and added a palmful of dried parsley (I think fresh would have been better but I didn't have any), 1/2 cup of 2% greek yogurt, 1 or 2 chopped cloves of garlic, about 2 tablespoons of butter or butter substitute, along with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste. It was all basically to taste, I just kept fiddling with it until the consistency and flavors were right. Yum!
