Obesity now a 'lifestyle' choice for Americans

I have a very healthy recipe for pizza.

Use whole wheat pita bread. Only 130 calories. Put pizza sauce on top, some mozz cheese, 4 or 5 pepperonis and some onions and mushrooms. Whala! Yum! A whole mini pizza for the same amount of calories as one slice from Pizza Hut.

Boomer has had them. Ask him ... they are yummy, huh Boomz?
