When I was about 18 I got my tongue pierced. It didnt hurt, didnt bleed at all they said I was lucky, but it was done by the same dude that did all of my tattoos. I rinsed my mouth 10-20 times a day with listerine, and ha nothing but non-greasy soups for about 2 weeks.

the soreness is rather uncomfortable but nothing crazy... AAH I miss being young lol

The good thing with a tongue piercing, if it's not for you, just take it out and it's healed up good as new in a day or two.

it depends.. if you get your septum pierced.. yes they are going through cartilage lol if you get either side of the nose pierced.. ive heard its sort of like a pimple lol

a few yrs back i was bored and tried to put a thinner stud in ... and it actually went through with little effot this was after about 4-5 yrs of it being out... I was told it never really heals, it closes but can easily be re-opened with some liquor and and a little muscle lol

I've only had an ear peirced but my ears were too thick for a regular gauged earing in high school and it was getting infected so I let it heal up.

the nose didn't hurt at all. the only thing that happened is it made my eyes water really bad which my piercer said was completely normal. it healed well, and i absolutely love it!
