Created a new thread - as it's not 'coming soon' any more but here.
This will start whenever sky is in a position to. Most rounds will last 2 weeks - 1 week to shoot new/find old pics and 1 week to vote. The first round will last longer though (I'll leave that to sky's discretion) - to ease people into it and because there's far less forewarning.
Here are the order of hosts and the themes - plenty of advance notice so get prepping!
skyblue - Landscapes
Darrell - The Colour Blue
Natasha - Architecture
Zirconaz - Planes, Trains & Automobiles
HK - Reflections
Francis - Keep It Simple
Siphorous - Happiness
Special notes:
"Landscapes" can also include cityscapes.
"Keep It Simple" is limited to three items maximum in the frame.
As for the others, as long as they are fairly evident a fit to the category - let your imagination run wild. Let it run laterally too

Q: How will points be scored?
A: The Formula 1 points scoring system will be used and if there are ever more than 10 entries in a round, each person at 10th or below will get 1 point. This is currently as follows:

Q: Have the 'hosts' for each round been decided?
A: These are in place as above. Existing members who have been VIP'ed will form the 'hosts' for each round.
Q: How will voting take place?
A: When the submission deadline for each round passes (determined by the hosts based on the time for each round), the host will create a poll thread in the Pictures section with each submission anonymously listed. Anyone can then vote on the pictures.
Q: How will these points be added to this 'league'?
A: When each round concludes, the host of that round will send an administrator (Natasha probably) the results of what each submission (and of course submitter) scored. The administrator will then add those scores to the 'league' thread so that anyone can see how the league is progressing as each round goes by.
Q: How do I enter?
A: Register your interest here or simply send a submission to each host (or even just for certain rounds) as they arise. The more rounds you enter - the better your chances.
Q: Does it cost to enter?
A: Yes - 2500 tokenz for each round. If you don't have enough - these will be supplied for you by a generous administrator.
Q: Will there be any prizes for winning this league?
A: YES! The entry tokenz will be used towards the cost of a prize fund. There'll be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall in the league. I'll be donating some towards this fund too.
Q: Can I use old pictures if they suit a particular round?
A: Yes. It doesn't matter when they were taken as long as YOU took the photo.
