I try to provide overall guidance such as the minimal photoshopping etc etc and other general things like "be creative, think laterally" - but for actual rules, I'll leave that to the host. I may disagree with the host but I wanted to allow them maximum POWAH etc.

As for the comment in my last post - naturally my intention when setting Zirc's round was for vehicles / transport etc. However, if Zirc wants to limit it to just P, T and A - then that would be her choice when her round starts.

So finally, to answer your question - host first and in the absence of any answer, feel free to ask me.
