yes I'm being silly about Windows and Linux
I actually have to have both to survive because of limitations.
Windows is an excelent tool
if it weren't it would have got dumped along time ago

I got all the pictures burned to a disk. That was challenging! So now what do I do? Keep tapping F10 while it's starting up and see what it takes me to? Or am I confused? Appreciate the help!

well there is a specific moment when it will allow you to hit those keys and it recognize that you did so
thats why people say to continuously hit them cause you dont want tot miss the moment where it comes up
on screen
so actually it is just one single hitting of the keys that activates the option

Well all I had to do was get into the F10 which I did with the Alt button and the Recovery Management came right up. It asked for a password which wasn't six 0's. It was a password that Chris made that we didn't know about. Figured it out and am now on #26 of 105 windows updates! :D Thank you so much everyone!!! :)

Question?

Isn't there some tool to remove all Norton Antivirus? Does anyone know about that cuz I want to put my own anti virus on his computer but heard you have to use a tool to remove all of Norton.
