Tim, I just read this and copied down the instructions. Do I have to tap Alt-F10 continuously on boot up? Or will tapping it once be enough? It looks pretty self explanatory...List the model number of the computer since every one works a little differently. Some computers you need to hold Alt & F10.

Im surprised they didnt send one when he bought the computer, I got all kinds of discs with mine. That must not be one they include huh?

It asked for a password which wasn't six 0's. It was a password that Chris made that we didn't know about. Figured it out and am now on #26 of 105 windows updates! Thank you so much everyone!!!

Isn't there some tool to remove all Norton Antivirus? Does anyone know about that cuz I want to put my own anti virus on his computer but heard you have to use a tool to remove all of Norton. :unsure:
